Flourless Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

File this under Stealth Protein. Cool, slice, pack, and roll!



  • 5 medium-sized bananas
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • Chocolate chips (as many as you judge wise)


  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.

  2. Step 2

    In a blender, combine bananas, oats, and peanut butter until the oats are just ground up.

  3. Step 3

    Stir in chocolate chips. (We use half a 12-ounce bag.)

  4. Step 4

    Pour batter into a loaf pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
