Soft Vegan Berry Ice Cream
Make fresh, soft, berry ice cream, with zero guilt and maximum deliciousness. This dairy-free ice cream is made with frozen bananas and berries, then whipped into its soft-serve final form.

- 2 bananas peeled, chopped, and frozen
- 2 cups organic mixed berries, frozen
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- **Any frozen fruit can be used in place of mixed berries.
Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and pulse/blend.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed and continue to blend on high until a smooth consistency is reached.
