Soft Vegan Berry Ice Cream

Make fresh, soft, berry ice cream, with zero guilt and maximum deliciousness. This dairy-free ice cream is made with frozen bananas and berries, then whipped into its soft-serve final form.

  • Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas peeled, chopped, and frozen
  • 2 cups organic mixed berries, frozen
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • **Any frozen fruit can be used in place of mixed berries.

Steps:

  1. Step 1

    Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and pulse/blend.

  2. Step 2

    Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed and continue to blend on high until a smooth consistency is reached.
